Rooterman of Muncie is the best if you are having plumbing issues. Hands down best in the business in my opinion. From the start Lindsey handled the claim and the appointment for us. She was professional and very pleasant to deal with. We had to have our sewer pipe outside replaced and boy they did their job. This company is efficient, on time, very customer friendly and told us upfront about the job. There were no hidden surprises when the job was completed. Big thanks to Nate and Jakob for an outstanding job. 5 Stars indeed!!! Would highly recommend them.

Dustin did an excellent job replacing our faulty gas line. He is professional, personable and very nice to work with. He explained options and processes very clearly. Our install required some challenges to overcome due to decking, grading, and structures. He explained possible plans of action very clearly and did a super clean job completing the project timely. I knew i had a clogged drain. Cost 425 to have jetter and camera service to unclog. With that my pipes were diagnosed as being collapsed in a few spots and was given a quote and shown the camera footage.Thanks for your time!!!

Rick did an awesome job on my old sewer line. Matter of fact it's never been cleaned as throughly as Rick cleaned it out and he also inspected the pipe as he went. Very honest and up front about the whole job.

While I spoke to several other companies. they all wanted money upfront before even discussing hourly labor cost. When speaking to Rottermam he was very clear on cost. He further stated that he would tell me what I needed prior to doing any work and would not charge me to assess the problem. He also used a camera to check the health of my sewage pipe that was completely clogged. He then used a water jet machine instead of an old style drain cleaner machine. So while taking care of my clog he also cleaned the inside of my sewage line that was 60 years old. You will not go wrong when choosing Rooterman to help you. He did everything he said he would and further treated me like a neighbor. When coming to any further plumbing needs, Rottermam is the one to see.

The Rooterman technician arrived on time. He was able to quickly assess the issue. He fixed the collapsed drain pipes and then used a high pressure water hose to completely clean out years of debris. The tub and sinks are finally draining properly and the toilets are flushing better then ever. Thanks Rooterman!

BEST plumbers ever!! Thank you so much, guys! I had no water and it was due to the issue in my sewer line. They sent me 2 plumbers and they came on time on the scheduled date. They came in and were able to find the issue within 15 mins! They noticed the issue and were able to fix it and now my water is running! Prior to calling them - I had another plumber come in and charge me for his work without even fixing the problem. But they're knowledgeable and honest! They were awesome!

Very fast to respond. I called near closing time. They were at my house first thing in the morning very thorough. The plumber called me from the site to let me know the problem. Since this ended up being a city problem, no charge they sent me the pictures and their notes to show to the city. Highly recommend does plumbing service. There are not enough good things to say about them.

A leaking hose bid is no joke. Water damage to siding, insulation, and interior components can occur in a short space of time. So I called these guys. Dustin and Trevor were here bright and early, found the split copper tube, did the replacement....and about 90 or so minutes. Excellent service, super techs, and the cost was very much in line with the work. I wish I could have left them a tip! HIGHLY Recommended!
